2023-2024 School Registration

Welcoming Learners from Preschool (age 4) - 12th Grade!
 
Opening July 1: 2023-24 online school registration will open for both new and returning students. This includes students entering our 4-year old preschool program through 12th grade. 
 
  • Please use a laptop or a desktop computer to complete registration if possible.
  • We recommend using the web browsers Google Chrome, Firefox if you are using an iPad. Using a mobile phone to complete registration is not recommended.
Preschool Age - Must be the age of 4 on or before September 15, 2023. 
Kindergarten Age - Must be the age of 5 on or before September 15, 2023. 
This registration process is for families who DO NOT have ANY students currently attending Madrid Community Schools. If your student attended Tiger Tots' 4 year old preschool, they should be registered as existing.New Registration
  • Provide proof of the student's age: hospital certificate to live birth, US passport, adoption papers, custody document or student's driver's license
  • Home Language Survey - needs to be completed once per student's enrollment
  • Once you have completed the online registration information, please email Laurie Engleen, [email protected] for Infinite Campus parent portal set up and login instructions.
  • Be sure to scroll down to check health requirements, sport registrations, permission forms and free and reduced meal application.

This registration is for families who currently have students attending Madrid Community Schools. Register your child on Infinite Campus by following the instructions provided below. If you have forgotten your password please email Laurie Engleen, [email protected].

Parent Portal
  • Look for “more” at the bottom on the left navigation menu – click online registration.
  • Start 23-24 Existing Student Registration. Verify Household, Parent, and Emergency Contact information. Confirm existing student enrollments for 2023-24 school year.
  • Register all of your children at the same time. This includes a child starting at Madrid for the first time (for example – preschool or kindergarten).
  • To add a “new” student, use the “Add New Student” button located on the “student” tab within the registration.
  • Fees are available through Infinite Campus under Fees on the menu. Click the button that says Add to Cart.
  • Optional Fees can be added to your cart by going under Fees and then clicking on Optional Fees.
  • Be sure to scroll down to check health requirements, sport registrations, permission forms and free and reduced meal application.

The Annual Health Forms should be completed if your student has a health condition such as asthma or has food allergies, etc. See forms listed below.

7th graders - 1 dose of MenACWY (meningococcal conjugate vaccine for meningitis)

*this is in addition to the 1 dose of Tdap that is required for all students entering 7th grade

12th graders - 2 doses of MenACWY (1 dose if given after the age of 16)

Any child that does not have at least one dose of a required vaccine will not be able to attend school until they have received that vaccine. If a child has had at least one dose, but has not completed the series ( i.e. if they have only received one MMR vaccine), they will have 60 days from the first day of school to receive the missing vaccine before they are excluded from school. This is in accordance with state law (Iowa Code, chapter 139a.(8)6).

NOTE: If your child(ren) are directly certified, you do not need to complete an application for free or reduced meals.
